*** Latest News*** First Home Buyer Grants*** There has been a great deal of talk of late as to " What do I get as a first home buyer in the state of Victoria " So as a result I have collected a table of information from the SRO ( State Revenue Office ) and outlines all the government grants on offer as a result of the Federal budget 2009 ( March 12th 2009 )

# Additional Condition: To be eligible to receive the Bonus and Regional Bonus for contracts entered into up to 30 June 2009, the value of the property must not exceed $500,000. For contracts entered into between 1 July 2009 to 30 June 2010, the value of the property must not exceed $600,000
